OUR TEAM

Tom Rorick
Managing Partner
With over 25 years in the construction industry, and 11+ years within the remodeling industry, Tom Rorick first began his journey finishing a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University (GO BEAVES!), then later completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
Among his many strengths in construction, he attained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2012. Tom’s experience working within Fortune 500 construction companies has excelled his proficiency in project management, auditing, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time driving through home developments looking for changing trends. Tom also enjoys international travel with his wife, three children, daughter in law and grandsons. He and his wife are very involved with their church, their vision, and international missions.

Mike McLennan
Managing Partner
With over 25 years of experience in the remodeling industry, Mike McLennan first became a licensed Texas real estate agent after his time spent at Liberty University. Before earning his license, Mike has worked closely with manufacturers and distributors, as well as overseeing installers.
In addition to his vast experience, he has worked directly for James Hardie building products and DuPont Industries as an exterior cladding systems specialist. You can now find Mike successfully running multiple businesses within the real estate and remodeling industries.
In his spare time, Mike runs marathons and supports MS150 research through cycling and fundraising. He and his wife, Michelle, also enjoy traveling, raising their five kids, actively participating in their church community, and supporting local and international mission trips.
